Abstract
With the continuous development of new energy construction in China,mountainous areas have gradually become one of the key areas of onshore wind power development.In the mountainous wind power project,EPC general contracting is the most important construction mode,but in the implementation process,the level of design leadership to the advantages of the project is uneven.Based on previous engineering experience,this paper analyzes the advantages of design leadership in EPC general contracting mode,and discusses the play and realization of the role of design leadership in the whole process of the EPC general contracting project of mountainous wind power,so as to provide corresponding references for the industry.关键词
