摘要

Abstract

In this paper,we fully integrated geo-spatial,POI and other data,adopted kernel density analysis,Getis-Ord Gi*statistic,correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis to analyze the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics and influence factors of multi-level medical resources in China from 2018 to 2020 at different spatial scales.The results show that①the number of medical resources in the eastern part of China is much bigger than that in the western part,but the gap in the number of medical resources between the eastern and western regions has gradually narrowed.②The medical resources are highly dense around cities with a high level of economic development.The agglomeration effect of medical resources in the eastern and western regions is significant,with hot-spot areas forming in the eastern region and cold-spot areas in the western region.③There is a high correlation between the number of first-class hospitals and health centers,population and GDP,and the correlation has been increasing year by year.Population,GDP,green space area and urban construction land area are the influence factors of health center number in the local level cities.It is suggested to prioritize the improvement of multi-level medical resource allocation,ensure the implementation of graded diagnosis and treatment system,and combine the actual situation in various places to improve the balance of multi-level medical resource distribution.
