Spatial Pattern Connection Analysis of Urban Areas in the North of Jiangsu Province Urban Agglomeration

Abstract
Taking five cities in the north of Jiangsu Province as the research objects,collecting POI data,Internet open data,statistical data and administrative division data,we analyzed the urban spatial connection from four perspectives of information flow,cargo logistics,economic flow,and financial flow,aiming to quantitatively analyze the connection between counties and cities in the north of Jiangsu Province.The results indicate that①the connections between various districts and cities are relatively obvious,forming the basic connection framework of the north of Jiangsu Province urban agglomeration,especially Xuzhou and Lianyungang.Based on their geographical advantages and synchronous efforts in e-commerce,they have become the most closely connected in the element flow.②The connection between the prefecture-level cities and the corresponding subordinate counties is relatively close,forming the connection network of urban agglomeration,and the change is not significant from 2016 to 2022.③Due to its obvious economic scale and relatively complete industrial structure,some county-level cities such as Shuyang County have closer connections with prefecture-level cities,even surpassing the traditional spatial distance between cities.关键词
