集成多波束声呐的沉井三维扫描系统设计与实践
Design and Practice of Caisson 3D Scanning System Based on Multi-beam Sonar

Abstract
In view of the high risk and big measurement errors of existing manual detection of caissons,we designed a caisson 3D scanning measurement system integrating multi-beam depth sounding sonar,angle sensor,mechanical rotation device and other equipment,which realized efficient and accurate 3D measurement of large caissons.Then,we used normal estimation and matching reconstruction algorithms to solve the mismatch problem of well wall point clouds generated by field measurement.Engineering applications show that this system is stable and reliable,and can quickly and accurately obtain the 3D internal shape of caisson and the location and size of inlet and outlet.It has achieved high accuracy in the measurements of square or circular structure caissons,which can provide accurate decision-making basis for related urban infrastructure construction.关键词
