Research on Machine Readable Standards Level Model for a New Type of Power System
摘要
Abstract
In the development pattern of application integration of new generation 6G technology and new power systems,there is a problem that the evaluation indicators of digital capability of power standards is not clear.Based on the ISO/IEC standard digitization capability classification model,combined with power grid characteristics and application scenarios,this paper establishes a machine readable standards level model and evaluation method for new power systems,and constructs an indication system from three dimensions:standard digitization level,machine readable level and service application intelligence level.At the same time,an evaluation method based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE)method is proposed to evaluate and analyze the machine readable standards level of the case enterprise,and the effectiveness of the evaluation method is verified.关键词
