The Logic,Obstacles,and Recommendations of DeepSeek's Technological Innovation in Empowering New Quality Productive Forces

Abstract
New quality productive forces signify a leapfrog advancement beyond traditional productive forces,with innovation-driven development as their core principle.The technological innovations of DeepSeek have substantially reduced the costs of API calls,thereby unlocking the potential for large-scale commercialization of artificial intelligence and accelerating the evolution of new quality productive forces.DeepSeek's technological innova-tion can empower new quality productive forces across multiple dimensions:providing infrastructure support,supplying essential factors,and developing application scenarios.However,in the process of DeepSeek's empowerment,certain obstacles remain,such as institutional mechanisms requiring im-provement,technological development facing bottlenecks,insufficient integration of technology and applications,and a shortage of relevant professional talent.To address these issues,it is necessary to improve institutional mechanisms surrounding DeepSeek's technological innovation,promote continu-ous breakthroughs of DeepSeek technology's shortcomings,consistently advance the deep integration of DeepSeek technology with applications,and vigorously cultivate professional talent related to DeepSeek technology,in order to comprehensively enhance the empowering effect of DeepSeek's tech-nological innovation on new quality productive forces.关键词
