Abstract
New quality agricultural productive forces are the unity of new quality agricultural production factors,new quality agricultural production mode and new quality agricultural products.The new quality productive forces of agriculture in West China are the internal requirement and the key to achieve the high-quality development of agriculture in West China.The unbalanced development and synergistic inefficiency of talents and scientific and technological elements are the main practical constraints facing us at present.Talents,science and technology to empower the new quality productive forces of agriculture in West China contains the logical relationship of expanding development space,extending the industrial chain,condensing the combined force of factors,and raising the bottom line of quality.It is necessary to focus on consolidating intellectual support,improving the effective supply level,enhancing core competitiveness,promoting sustainable development and amplifying the comprehensive effect,and further explore the path of talents and science and technology to empower the new quality productive forces of agriculture in West China.Give full play to the comparative advantages and latecomer advantages of West China's agriculture,effectively improve the contribution of talents,science and technology to enable the new quality productive forces of agriculture in West China,and realize the coordinated growth of economic benefits,social benefits and ecological benefits.关键词
