Abstract
Single event effect(SEE)data acquisition of space-borne radiation-hardened multi-frequence multi-mode navigation device provides important reference for reliable use in orbit.Based on the composition structure and radiation-hardened design of self-made navigation device,special test board is designed to operate DFT-SCAN and MBIST test pattern in FPGA.The heavy ions from the high-energy accelerator are used to conduct the space single-particle ground simulation test.The SEE index data of navigation devices are ac-quired through experimental statistics and calculation,the LET threshold of the navigation device's anti-SEL ability is greater than 81.4 MeV·cm2/mg,under the condition of GEO orbit,ADAMS 90%worst environmental model and 3mm Al shielding,the SEU proba-bility under the SCAN chain mode is 6.80×10-8 times per day per bit,and the SEU probability under the SRAM mode is 5.61×10-11 times per day per bit,the single event function interruption is 5.75×10-5 times per day per device.The results can provide basis and ref-erence for spacecraft navigation receivers.关键词
