摘要

Abstract

Due to its linear input-output relationship,the forward-flyback converter is high suitable for applications with wide-voltage in-puts.By incorporating active embedded magnetic reset technology and self-driving synchronous rectification technology,efficient power conversion can be achieved.However,designing a self-driving synchronous rectification drive circuit becomes challenging when dealing with wide-voltage inputs.The voltage range of the transformer's primary coil varies widely,resulting in a significantly wider voltage range for the self-driving winding compared to the relatively strict driving voltage range of the synchronous rectification MOS tube.To address this issue,a design scheme of a third winding cascading grid driver as a synchronous rectification drive circuit is put forward based on the analysis of the working mode and parameter design process of the forward-flyback converter.The advantages of this scheme are ana-lyzed and a solution is provided to mitigate direct-pass risks caused by device differences.Finally,an experimental prototype capable of handling 16 V~50 V input and delivering 150 W/12 V output is constructed to validate theoretical analysis.
