Design and Implementation of a Novel Gate Isolation Driver Circuit
摘要
Abstract
The design and implementation method of a miniaturized grid isolation driver circuit based on PCB technology is presented.Firstly,by optimizing the oscillation circuit design,the frequency,amplitude and stability of the resonant point are improved.Secondly,the mathematical model of coreless transformer is established according to transformer theory.Thirdly,according to the resonant frequen-cy of the oscillation circuit,the mathematical model of the coreless transformer is built,the PCB process characteristics are determined,and the modeling,simulation and parameter optimization of the coreless transformer are carried out by using the HFSS software,and the characteristic parameters are determined.Finally,a four-channel grid isolated drive circuit sample is developed in a 40 mm×20 mm printed circuit board,and its performance is tested to verify the correctness of the design method.关键词
