Abstract
An improved position observer is proposed to address the filtering delay caused by the superposition of filters in the traditional pulse high-frequency injection permanent magnet synchronous motor control.The digital filter used to extract rotor position information in the traditional position observer is replaced with a generalized second-order integrator,improving the real-time performance of the sys-tem.For the position information tracking,a Luenberger observer is utilized to observe speed and load disturbances.Additionally,the traditional pole determination method is prone to the influence of the DC component,so the second harmonic method is adopted to im-prove its accuracy.Finally,through simulation and physical experiments,it is demonstrated that the second harmonic method can accu-rately identify the pole direction,reducing the maximum error of the improved high-frequency injection algorithm by 70.7%during motor speed increase,thus decreasing the maximum error of speed fluctuation during loading by 64.7%,and reducing the maximum error of speed stability by 5.12%,thus validating the effectiveness of the improved high-frequency injection method.关键词
