Abstract
In recent years,the new energy vehicle technology develops rapidly,but the amount of information displayed by the digital display method used by most liquid crystal instruments is relatively limited,and there is a problem that a large number of complex pa-rameters cannot be accurately displayed under the premise of ensuring real-time performance.In view of the above problems,based on the KANZI studio platform,a technology is proposed to display a large amount of driving information by curve fitting method.This tech-nology improves the Catmull-Rom spline curve to fit the curve and adopts the Chebyshev iteration method to reduce its thickness error to realizes the curve fitting technology on the vehicle LCD instrument.The test shows that the algorithm proposed reduces the average error rate of thickness to 0.36%,which is 1.05%lower than that of the current mainstream method in industry.Through bench test,the curve information in the automobile instrument can be accurately displayed under the premise of ensuring real-time performance.Finally,it is tested and applied on a mass production vehicle.关键词
