Mining and Trend Prediction of Online Public Opinion Topic Focusing on Specific Social Communities
摘要
Abstract
Internet users from different social groups have different behavioral preferences,making online public opinion analysis a feasible technical means for the government to study the dynamic development trends of specific social group ideologies.In response to the prob-lems of traditional public opinion analysis algorithms based on document vectors and sentiment dictionaries cannot accurately depict specif-ic community public opinion features,low classification accuracy,and poor generalization ability,a network public opinion topic mining and sentiment tendency analysis and prediction method is proposed,which focuses on specific social communities.By constructing a public o-pinion topic discovery model and semantic understanding model,topic discovery,emotional polarity classification,and development trend prediction of public opinion texts can be achieved.Compared with existing methods,the proposed method achieves automatic topic discov-ery of online public opinion documents,greatly improving the coverage of topics on the public opinion content and emotional tendencies of the documents,fully utilizing contextual information,and improving the efficiency of the model in utilizing training texts.关键词
