Substation Ground Potential Rise Suppression Method Based on Improved BAS-BP Algorithm for Grounding Grid Optimization

Abstract
In order to solve the electromagnetic interference of power equipment and secondary cables caused by the ground potential rise in substations,a grounding grid optimization method based on simulated annealing algorithm and improved BAS-BP neural network is proposed,which provides necessary reference for improving the reliable operation of substations.Firstly,a grounding potential model is established for the substation grounding grid.The node equation of the grounding grid is calculated by employing Kirchhoff's voltage and current laws.Then,the influence of grounding grid fracture on ground potential is analyzed.The variation iterative method is used to calculate the optimal grounding position after the grounding grid edge and middle area fracture.The above data are used to train the BAS-BP neural network improved by simulated annealing algorithm.Finally,the improved BAS-BP neural network after training is used to calculate and optimize the optimal fracture and grounding position of the entire grounding network of the substation.The results indi-cate that the location of the grounding grid fracture can be set reasonably by employing the proposed method and the grounding potential of the grounding grid is reduced.关键词
