摘要

Abstract

After the introduction of different locations and numbers of automatic reclosers in radial distribution systems,in order to effec-tively assess the self-healing function of the system,a Monte Carlo simulation-based reliability evaluation method for distribution net-works is proposed.The method assigns a probability to the relevant components in the distribution network,and the components in the network with minimum repair/replacement cycle and operation-repair cycle sequences are identified by means of sample sampling,from which the average number of system outages and the average duration of system outages are calculated.Based on the distribution system topology,the failure time and repair time of the corresponding distribution equipment are generated by using a logarithmic distribution function in order to simulate the operation status curve of each component.The ability of the system to self-repair and self-interrupt faults is comprehensively analyzed by considering the reliability index consisting of the average number of system outages and the aver-age duration of system outages.The proposed method is tested in a 34-node feeder test system,and the experimental results show that the method is able to reliably evaluate the optimal location of the recloser on the feeder and the number of installations.
