不同年龄华南唐犬肠道菌群的差异分析
Difference analysis of intestinal flora of South China Tang dogs at different ages
摘要
Abstract
South Chinese Tang dog is a famous local breed living in Guangdong,China,but there is little research on its biological characteristics.To investigate the composition characteristics of the gut microbiota of South China Tang dogs in different age groups,this experiment sequenced the 16S rRNA V4 region DNA of microorganisms collected from fecal samples of South China Tang dogs and analyzed the diversity and relative abundance of the microbiota.The results showed that,at the phylum level,the fecal microbiota of South Chinese Tang dogs in different age groups are predominantly composed of Firmicutes,Actinobacteria,and Bacteroidetes,albeit with varying proportions.At the genus level,the microbiota structure of adult dogs exhibits considerable fluctuations,with the highest microbial richness observed in this age group.Fecal microbiota diversity is highest in senior dogs(over 7 years old),while fecal microbiota richness and diversity are lowest in the feces of 2～4 months old juvenile dogs,indicating that as age increases,the structure of gut microbiota tends towards diversity.关键词
