一例猫耳痒螨病的诊断治疗及分子鉴定
Diagnosis,treatment,and molecular identification of a case of cat ear mite disease

Abstract
Cat ear acariasis is a highly contact parasitic disease caused by Otodectes cynotis of the genus Tetranychidae.It is common in the cat ear canal.Now a suspected case of cat ear itching acariasis is diagnosed and treated.The etiological results showed that the collected samples were oval in shape,with a body length of 0.274～0.451 mm,short conical mouthparts and 4 pairs of feet.There were suckers with handles at the ends of each pair of feet of male mites and at the ends of one and two pairs of feet of female mites.The fourth pair of feet of female mite is underdeveloped and cannot protrude the edge of the body,suggesting that the tested sample is Tetranychus auriculatus.Molecular biological diagnosis showed that the collected samples and the reference sequence of GenBank could be clustered into one branch,which further confirmed that the collected samples were ear itch mites.At the same time,the in vitro deworming drug Advocate had a good effect on the treatment of cat ear itch mites.Through the diagnosis and treatment of the suspected case of cat ear itch acariasis,it is confirmed that ear itch mite is the pathogen of the disease,and Advocate has a good effect on the treatment of cat ear itch acariasis,which provides an important reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
