摘要

Abstract

The combination of multi-throttle disk and multiple controllable inertial channels can effectively address the high-frequency stiffening issue in hydraulic mounts.However,research gaps remain in time-domain dynamic characteristic investigations.This study employs the lumped parameter method to comprehensively analyze the impact of different switch states of controllable inertial channels on the characteristics of magnetorheological fluid(MRF)mounts.Subsequently,a 1/4 vehicle dynamics model is established based on the MRF mount system with multiple throttling discs and controllable inertial channels.Through time-domain simulations,the dynamic response patterns of inertial channel state switching on the vibration isolation performance are revealed under coupled excitations from both powertrain and random road inputs.The research demonstrates that by strategically controlling the switching of four controllable inertial channels,the mount system can effectively adapt to vibration isolation requirements under dual excitations from varying road conditions and powertrain operations.
