Abstract
The implementation of the tenure-track system in higher education institutions aims to select and retain outstanding talents through rigorous screening and incentive mechanisms,thereby fostering academic prosperity and development.It plays a positive role in advancing discipline growth,serving society,and building university teaching staff.This paper summarizes the current status and characteristics of the tenure-track system in 19 municipal universities in Beijing,discusses the issues and challenges encountered in the system design and implementation,and proposes reform pathways for the system.It is hoped that this research can serve as a reference for other local universities.关键词
