ICG荧光反染法腹腔镜解剖性肝S7切除术的近期疗效
Short-term effect of laparoscopic anatomical S7 hepatectomy with indocyanine green fluorescence negative staining
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the short-term effect of indocyanine green(ICG)fluorescence negative staining method in laparoscopic anatomical S7 hepatectomy.Methods The clinical data of 9 patients,who underwent laparoscopic anatomical S7 hepatectomy with ICG fluorescence negative staining in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture People's Hospital and the Fourth Hospital of Changsha between Dec.2021 and Dec.2023,were retrospectively collected.Results Among the 9 patients,5 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma,2 cases of metastatic liver cancer,1 case of liver adenoma,and 1 case of focal nodular hyperplasia in the liver.All patients successfully completed laparoscopic anatomical S7 hepatectomy with ICG fluorescence negative staining,with no case of perioperative deaths,no case of conversion to open surgery.During the operation,right half liver inflow blood flow blockade method was used.The median intraoperative blocking time was 73.9 min,the median operation time was 218.6 min,the median intraoperative blood loss was 450 mL,and there were no case of intraoperative blood transfusion.The median postoperative hospitalization time was 6.4 d.Three cases experienced postoperative complications and recovered after active treatment.All 9 patients were followed-up for 3.1 to 6.0 months,with a median follow-up time of 5.1 months;till to Jun.2024,all patients were alive with no tumor recurrence.Conclusion Laparoscopic anatomical S7 hepatectomy with ICG fluorescence negative staining method is safe and feasible,and the recent postoperative effect are definite.关键词
