急性冠脉综合征患者NT-proBNP、ACR、cTNⅠ的变化及临床意义
Changes of NT-proBNP,ACR and cTNⅠ in patients with acute coronary syndromes and their clinical signifi-cance

Abstract
Objective To analyze the changes in N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP),the urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio(ACR),and myocardial troponin Ⅰ(cTNⅠ)in patients with acute coronary syn-drome(ACS)and explore their clinical significance.This study aims to provide reliable reference data for evaluating ACS severity and devising effective treatment strategies.Methods A total of 119 ACS patients from December 2020 to De-cember 2023 were enrolled.Patients were divided into a high SYNTAX score group(SYNTAX ≥19)and a low SYNTAX score group(SYNTAX<19)based on the median SYNTAX score.General clinical data,as well as NT-proBNP,ACR,and cTNⅠ levels,were compared between the groups.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was conducted to identify risk factors influencing SYNTAX scores.Correlations between NT-proBNP,ACR,cTNⅠ levels,and SYNTAX scores were analyzed using Pearson correlation.Results Among the 119 ACS patients,42.86%(n=51)were classified into the high SYNTAX score group,while 57.14%(n=68)were in the low SYNTAX score group.Patients in the high SYNTAX score group exhibited a higher prevalence of hypertension and elevated low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C)levels compared to the low SYNTAX score group(P<0.05).Levels of NT-proBNP,ACR,and cTNⅠ were significantly higher in the high SYNTAX score group than in the low SYNTAX score group(P<0.05).Multivariate logis-tic regression revealed that hypertension,elevated LDL-C,NT-proBNP,ACR,and cTNⅠ were independent risk factors for higher SYNTAX scores(P<0.05),with associated risk increases of 1.469,1.420,1.640,1.675,and 1.745 times,respectively.Pearson correlation analysis demonstrated a positive linear correlation between NT-proBNP,ACR,cTNⅠ levels,and SYNTAX scores(P<0.001).Conclusion NT-proBNP,ACR,and cTNⅠ levels are significantly as-sociated with coronary lesion risk stratification in ACS patients.Monitoring these biomarkers provides valuable information for assessing the severity of ACS and formulating treatment strategies.关键词
