拔尖人才培养模式的演进与优化
摘要
Abstract
Cultivating top talents is the key to enhancing a nation's competitiveness.This article conducts a comprehensive review of various stages of top talent cultivation in China,analyzing both the characteristics and shortcomings in higher education.Drawing inspiration from mainstream theories in the international gifted education community and exemplary top talent programs from both domestic and international contexts,it offers insights into the connotations and extensions of top talent cultivation.The article also proposes optimization directions in four aspects:the definition,selection,cultivation,and support mechanisms for top talents.The aim is to offer some insights to policymakers and project implementers.关键词
