高校基层党建与研究生科技创新能力培养融合的探索和实践

Abstract
Graduate students are an important channel for cultivating top-notch innovative talents in China.With the integra-tion of education,technology,and talent,the cultivation of scientific and technological innovation capabilities among engineering graduate students urgently needs to be strengthened.The political nature of Chinese universities and the important task of Party building in universities in the new era require close integration between university Party building and the cultivation of graduate students'scientific and technological innovation capabilities,in order to improve the quality of graduate education through high-quality Party building.University Party building can empower graduate education through"politics,ideology,organization,and mechanism".The School of Mechanical Engineering at Yanshan University deeply integrates Party building with graduate educa-tion through"combining political guidance with scientific and technological innovation training,ideological education with academ-ic research,organizational construction with platform creation,and Party building activities with serving society".The advantages of Party building are transformed into educational advantages,and a graduate education and teaching model that integrates school,government,and enterprise is explored to promote high-quality improvement of graduate students'scientific and technological in-novation capabilities.关键词
