摘要

Abstract

Nowadays,the society faced problems are becoming more and more complicated,and it is difficult to effectively and independently solve them by using the knowledge of a single discipline.Therefore,there is an urgent need for interdisciplinary talents,and it is urgent to train graduate students with the ability to solve complex problems in cross-disciplines.This paper first analyzes the common problems in the course setting,research direction and topic selection in the current process of interdisciplinary graduate training;Then,taking the national"double first-class"discipline of advanced equipment engineering and technology of Hebei University of Technology as an example,this paper puts forward some measures for the training and reform of cross-disciplinary graduate students,including optimizing the teaching mode and curriculum setting of cross-disciplinary graduate students,and taking the construction direction of"double first-class"cross-disciplinary as the training direction of cross-disciplinary graduate students.The establishment of high-level interdisciplinary tutor teams,interdisciplinary platforms and graduate students training projects provides excellent carriers for interdisciplinary integration,and explores a composite graduate training model that adapts to the needs of today's social development.It has important reference value and significance for promoting the development of interdisciplinary graduate education and improving the quality of interdisciplinary talent training.
