高校教师党支部书记"双带头人"培育工作意义及举措探讨

Abstract
In order to strengthen the overall leadership of the Party in colleges and universities and highlight the role of grass-roots teachers'Party organizations in colleges and universities,the Party Group of the Ministry of Education of the Commu-nist Party of China has put forward specific implementation opinions on the cultivation of"double leaders".In this context,all institutions of higher education in China have rapidly started the construction of"double-leader"teachers'Party branches accord-ing to the relevant policies.This paper researches the significance of"double leaders"cultivation project in colleges and univer-sities,and provides specific countermeasures and suggestions to the leaders and implementation units of colleges and universities according to the actual situation faced by schools.He also provided specific countermeasures and suggestions to the leaders and implementation units of the university according to the actual situation faced by the university.关键词
