鲁东地区气郁质不孕症患者的影响因素研究
Study on the Influencing Factors of Qi Stagnation in Female Patients with Infertility in the Eastern Shandong Region

Abstract
Objective To study the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution in female patients with infertility in the eastern Shandong region,and to explore the influencing factors,and to provide theoretical basis for the research and prevention of infertility in the region.Methods From February 2023 to August 2023,253 infertile patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University were selected as the research subjects to understand the distribution of TCM constitution types in female infertility patients and analyze the factors affecting qi stagnation constitution in female infertility patients.Results The highest proportion of TCM constitution types among female infertility patients in the eastern Shandong region was yang deficiency,followed by qi stagnation and balanced constitution.Qi stagnation infertility mainly includes marital status,work situation,feeding methods within six months after birth,infertility years,fertility history,and type of infertility.Conclusion The TCM constitution types of female patients with infertility in the eastern Shandong region,ranked from highest to lowest,are yang deficiency,qi stagnation,and balanced constitution.Medical staff should strengthen humanistic care and pay attention to psychological counseling for infertile patients with qi stagnation type.关键词
