密集型银质针联合颈部米字操治疗大学生颈型颈椎病临床观察
Intensive Silver Needle Therapy Combined with Neck"Mi"-shaped Exercise in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis in College Students

Abstract
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of silver needle therapy combined with neck"Mi"-shaped exercise on cervical spondylosis of college students.Methods By using random sampling method,160 freshmen from a certain university in Shandong who met the diagnostic criteria of cervical spondylosis were selected and divided into experimental group and control group by random number table method,with 80 people in each group.The control group was treated with intensive silver needle for cervical spondylosis,and the treatment cycle was one course.The experimental group started neck"Mi"-shaped exercise for four weeks after one course of intensive silver needle treatment.After the functional exercise of the experimental group was completed,the VAS pain score,total effective rate and neck pain questionnaire(NPQ)score of the two groups were evaluated.Results The VAS score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Additionally,the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Furthermore,the NPQ score of the experimental group was also significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Intensive silver needle combined with neck"Mi"-shaped exercise can reduce the pain score of college students with cervical spondylosis,improve the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the symptoms of neck pain.关键词
