摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of yin-yang balance acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture in the treatment of cervical sub-health.Methods A total of 100 patients with cervical sub-health were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The treatment group received yin-yang balance acupuncture,whereas the control group underwent conventional acupuncture therapy.Both groups were treated once daily with needles retained for 25 minutes,following a schedule of five sessions per week and a treatment course lasting four weeks.The pain visual analogue scale(VAS),sub-health neck discomfort symptom scale(NDS),and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were assessed at baseline(0 weeks)and at 1,2,3,and 4 weeks post-enrollment.Additionally,the clinical efficacy of both groups was evaluated.Results VAS,NDS,and SAS scores significantly decreased in both groups after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).Moreover,the reduction in VAS,NDS,and SAS scores was greater in the treatment group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,the total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yin-yang balance acupuncture therapy can effectively relieve the symptoms of cervical sub-health,and its curative effect is better than that of ordinary acupuncture.关键词
