消化性溃疡复发的影响因素
Analysis of Influencing Factors of Peptic Ulcer Recurrence

Abstract
Objective To investigate the related factors of peptic ulcer recurrence.Methods Through the follow-up of 237 patients with peptic ulcer in The First Clinical Medical College of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2023 to March 2024,the research team used Logistic regression technology to explore the possible causes of peptic ulcer recurrence.Results In this study,237 patients with peptic ulcer were followed up,the recurrence rate was 16.88%,and the proportion of gastric ulcer was the highest.The proportion of adolescents,males,history of smoking and drinking,maximum diameter of ulcer more than 7mm,terminal helicobacter pylori infection and history of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs in relapse group was higher than that in non-relapse group,and there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Gender,smoking history,drinking history,maximum ulcer diameter,terminal Helicobacter pylori infection status,and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug use were identified as significant associated factors for the recurrence of peptic ulcers.关键词
