Discussion on the Mechanism of Xiaochaihu Decoction in Treating Depression Disorders Based on Network Pharmacology
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the pharmacological mechanism of Xiaochaihu decoction in treating depression disorders based on network pharmacology.Methods Through the integration of data from TCMSP,GeneCards,and OMIM databases,"Xiaobuaihu decoction component-depression disorder-pathway"network was systematically constructed utilizing STRING,Metascape,and Cytoscape software tools.Results The active components of Xiaochaihu decoction that play key roles in the regulation of depression symptoms mainly include Quercetin,Kaempferol and Wogonin,etc.These components mainly act on key targets such as interleukin-6,IL-1β and tumor necrosis factor(TNF).Conclusion The molecular biological mechanism of Xiaochaihu decoction in the treatment of depression disorder may involve modulating the levels of TNF,IL-1β,and IL-6 in patients,thereby regulating the inflammatory response of the body.关键词
