基于金水相生论治COPD稳定期肺肾气虚证
Treatment of Qi Deficiency of Lung and Kidney Syndrome in Stable Stage of COPD Based on the Theory of Mutual Generation between Lung and Kidney

Abstract
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common respiratory disease,clinical manifestations of cough and sputum,wheezing,chest swelling,stuffiness such as congestion,etc.,and its course of the disease is long,lingering,often due to infection and recurrent episodes,resulting in a gradual aggravation of the condition.Western medicine is effective in the treatment of acute exacerbation of COPD,but there are fewer effective interventions in the diagnosis and treatment of stabilized COPD,whereas traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a significant advantage in reducing the frequency of COPD episodes and improving the quality of life of patients.Therefore,based on the theory of"mutual generation between lung and kidney",Professoe Huang Pingfu used Jinlong Gejie Pingchuan formula to treat COPD with theory of mutual generation between lung and kidney,and the clinical effect is remarkable.This article aimed to explore Professor Huang's experience in the treatment of this disease from four perspectives as follows:the connotation of the theory of"mutual generation between lung and kidney",its application in the differentiation and treatment of COPD,the clinical management of qi deficiency of lung and kidney syndrome during the stable phase of COPD,and a case study analysis.This discussion is intended to provide valuable insights and serve as a reference for the TCM in the treatment of the stable phase of COPD.关键词
