Imaging research progress on pathological complete response of axillary lymph nodes after neoadjuvant chemotherapy for breast cancer
摘要
Abstract
Neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NAC)can not only reduce the stage of breast cancer but also enable some tumor lesions and axillary lymph nodes to achieve pathological complete response(pCR).Accurate preoperative imaging assessment of axillary lymph node status after NAC in breast cancer patients can help avoid excessive surgical intervention and guide the development of individualized treatment plans.This review summarizes recent progress in the use of imaging methods such as ultrasound,MRI,CT,and PET/CT to evaluate axillary lymph node pCR after NAC.关键词
