摘要

Abstract

Objective To explore the implementation strategies and evaluate the effectiveness of blended teaching for the course Normal Human Body Structure in vocational nursing education under a digital perspective.Methods A total of 10 classes of nursing students from 2021 cohort at a vocational college were selected.Among them,287 students from six classes were assigned to the study group,where the Normal Human Structure course was taught using a blended teaching model based on the BOPPPS model,while 198 students from 4 classes of traditional teaching were assigned to the control group and received traditional teaching methods.After the course,the scores of theoretical knowledge and practical skills,self-directed learning ability and overall learning ability of the two groups were compared.Additionally,the satisfaction of the study group students was assessed.Results The theoretical knowledge,practical skills and self-directed learning ability were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05)However,there was no statistically significant difference in overall learning ability between the two groups(P>0.05).The study group students reported high satisfaction levels(>90%)regarding teaching resources,teaching methods,learning interactions,and learning outcomes.Conclusions The implementing of a blended teaching for the course Normal Human Body Structure can significantly enhance students'learning experience,promote knowledge internalization and skill improvement,and effectively improve the quality of talent cultivation.
