"岗课赛证"综合育人模式在高职儿童护理学课程中的应用研究
Application of comprehensive education model of job course competition certificate in children care course for higher vocational nursing students

Abstract
Objective To explore the application and effectiveness of comprehensive education model of job course competition certificate in children care course for higher vocational nursing students.Methods A total of 195 nursing students in grade 2020 from Huizhou Health Sciences Polytechnic were selected as the control group,and 199 nursing students of grade 2021 were selected as the experimental group.The experimental group adopted comprehensive education model of job course competition certificate,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching model.The examination results of children care course,the registration rate and examination results of the vocational skills certificate,the registration rate of children care skills competition and competition awards,and the willingness to multiple children care jobs of the two groups were compared at the end of the course.Results The experimental group showed significantly higher scores in both theoretical and practical assessments for the course and certificate examination,and higher registration rates for vocational skills certificate and competitions,and more awards compared to the control group(P＜0.05).More students in the experimental group expressed willingness to work in maternal-infant care institutions,children care institutions and community health service centers(P＜0.05).Conclusions The application of comprehensive education model of job course competition certificate in children care can help nursing students improve their course and certificate examination results,stimulate their interest in the competition and improve competition outcomes,and positively influence their career preferences.关键词
