Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of gradient management based on precision nursing in cognitive rehabilitation training for patients with vascular dementia.Methods From September 2023 to May 2024,sixty patients with post-stroke vascular dementia admitted to the Department of Neurology of Wuxi People's Hospital were selected,and(mini-mental state examination,MMSE)scores were used to screen for those who met the inclusion requirements.Among them,30 cases admitted from September to December 2023 were treated as the control group,receiving precise cognitive rehabilitation nursing based on high-quality nursing.Thirty cases admitted from January to May 2024 were treated as the intervention group,receiving gradient management based onprecision nursing in addition to systematic treatment.The compliance with rehabilitation training,MMSE scores,levels of psychological expectations,and post-stroke depression were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After six months of intervention,the rehabilitation compliance of the patients was higher in the observation group than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The scores for calculation ability and attention were also higher in the observation group than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The patients'hope level scores were higher and the score of post-stroke depression was lower in the observation group than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusions Gradient management based on precision nursing could effectively improve the compliance of cognitive rehabilitation training in patients with vascular dementia,promote the recovery of calculation ability and attention,enhance hope levels,and alleviate post-stroke depression symptoms.关键词
