Research progress on the innovation literacy of undergraduate nursing students
摘要
Abstract
Undergraduate nursing students,as a future backbone of the nursing workforce,play a critical role in addressing challenges in healthcare systems by offering innovative solutions and implementing personalized care for patients.This article reviews the concept of innovation literacy,the current status of innovation literacy of nursing college students,evaluation tools and influencing factors.Furthermore,it proposes measures to enhance innovation literacy of nursing college students,aiming to provide a reference for research on the innovation literacy of undergraduate nursing students in China.关键词
