Status and reflections on the development of oncology clinical research nurses
摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of clinical trials of anti-tumor drugs and the standardization of clinical trial quality management,the role of professional clinical research nurses in clinical trials has become increasingly prominent.Actively exploring effective training models and management methods for oncology clinical research nurses(CRNs)is of great significance for improving the quality of clinical trials.This paper highlights the importance of CRNs in oncology specialties in clinical trials,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of CRNs in oncology specialties at home and abroad,and puts forward improvement strategies in order to provide references for the training and development of oncology CRNs in China.关键词
