摘要
Abstract
Jiuqu,a traditional brewing starter and key material in the brewing process,is made using a unique technique by the Dongshan Yao people,which has been inscribed on Guilin´s intangible cultural heritage list in 2007.Through field investigation,interviews,and literature review,this study explores the history,technology,inheritance,and protection of the Dongshan Yao´s Jiuqu-making craft.The craft was introduced to the area from Jiangxi province in the early Ming Dynasty and has since been adapted using local natural resources.Its uniqueness lies in the use of 18 to 20 kinds of Chinese herbal materials and their special proportions.The inheritance of this craft is primarily through family lineage,with clearly designated successors.The local government values the protection of this traditional craft highly and has implemented various protective measures,including afforestation,digital preservation,and the establishment of a museum.关键词
