理筋牵旋顺踝手法联合骆芡愈酊剂治疗陈旧性踝关节扭伤的临床观察
Clinical observation on tendon-regulation traction-rotation ankle manipulation combined with Luoqianyu Tincture for the treatment of old ankle sprain

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of tendon-regulation traction-rotation ankle manipulation combined with Luoqianyu Tincture for the treatment of old ankle sprain.Methods A total of 34 patients with old ankle sprain were selected as the research subjects.All patients received tendon-regulation traction-rotation ankle manipulation combined with Luoqianyu Tincture for treatment,and tendon-regulation traction-rotation ankle manipulation was given once every 2 days,for 5-time treatment in total,Luoqianyu Tincture was sprayed and wiped before and after each manipulation treatment,respectively,and once of a day for the rest of the time,14 days as 1 treatment course.The swelling degree of ankle joint,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score for pain,and American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS)ankle-hindleg score before and after treatment were compared between patients.Results As the treatment continued,the degree of ankle joint swelling and VAS score for pain decreased,and the AOFAS ankle-hindleg score elevated(P<0.05).Conclusion Tendon-regulation traction-rotation ankle manipulation combined with Luoqianyu Tincture for the treatment of old ankle sprain exerts definite efficacy,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.关键词
