铁自噬与线粒体自噬在缺血性脑卒中中的研究进展
Advances in ferritinophagy and mitophagy in ischemic stroke
摘要
Abstract
Ischemic stroke is a group of clinical syndromes in which cerebral ischemic and hypoxic injury occurs due to blood supply disorders,and then neurological dysfunction occurs.Selective autophagy refers to the process by which autophagosomes specifically degrade substrates by fusing with lysosomes to maintain cellular homeostasis.Increasing evidence suggests that selec-tive autophagy is involved in regulating neuronal damage caused by energy consumption,oxidative stress,and inflammation fol-lowing ischemic stroke.This article reviews the mechanisms of selective autophagy,such as ferritinophagy and mitophagy,which play a predominant role in ischemic stroke,as well as the therapeutic effects of drug intervention targeting ferritinophagy and mi-tophagy in ischemic stroke,providing a theoretical basis for exploring new integrated Chinese and Western medicine approaches for neuroprotection after ischemic stroke.关键词
