The Logical Mechanism and Practical Approach of Digital Empowerment in Border Governance
摘要
Abstract
Digital empowerment in border governance is an important measure to promote the modern-ization of border governance,and it is the due meaning of the modernization of national governance.The logical mechanism of it is to assist the government in scientific decision-making,optimize the governance sys-tem and mechanism,promote economic development,and improve public services.However,in the process of digital empowerment in border governance,there are still many practical problems,which are mainly manifested in four aspects:digital governance thinking,digital governance pattern,digital infrastructure and digital governance talent system.Therefore,the future promotion of digital empowered border governance should focus on four aspects:promoting the change of digital governance thinking,optimizing the pattern of digital governance,improving the construction of digital infrastructure,and improving the digital governance talent system,so as to accelerate the transformation of border governance digitalization,intelligence and modernization.关键词
