摘要

Abstract

The new media environment and competitive model have made organizations increasingly focus on establishing and maintaining good relationships with the public.Through two-way communication and dialogue with the public,a good organization-public relationship is formed to maintain and enhance the organization's social image,and to help the organization gain an advantage in fierce market competition.The direct reason for BMW-MINI's public relations crisis is the failure to achieve two-way communication and dialogue with the public.From the perspective of game theory,when conducting crisis public relations,organizations should be guided by maintaining public recognition and loyalty,face public questioning directly,channel public emotions properly,take responsibility proactively,and solve problems sincerely.The key to establishing a good organization-public relationship is for the organization to be able to provide high-quality products or services to the public.
