Digital Empowerment of Collaborative Development of Urban and Rural Sports Public Services:Mechanisms,Obstacles and Countermeasures

Abstract
With the development of the new round of scientific and technological revolution,digital technology will become an effec-tive engine and sustained power to realize the equalization of urban and rural sports public services.Literature and logical analysis are used to analyze the mechanism and obstacles of the synergistic development of urban-rural sports public services empowered by digital and put forward optimization countermeasures.Mechanism:Digital technology can broaden the supply channels of rural sports public services,optimize the allocation of urban and rural sports public service resources,promote the integration of urban and rural sports public services with precise and appropriate allocation,and optimize the collaborative governance structure of urban and rural sports public services.Blockage:distortion of the government's main function,localism in sports administration,low awareness of people's digital sports participation,digital divide still exists,shortage of digital sports talents,lack of effective guidance for people's sports participation,insufficient synergistic governance of multiple subjects,ineffective governance level.Countermeasures:Implement the people-centered concept,promote the construction of grass-roots digital sports public services,strengthen the guidance of digital ap-plications,enhance the public's awareness of digital sports participation,adhere to the concept of digital platform-driven,vigorously cultivate digital sports talents,and increase the protection of digital technology to enhance the ability of collaborative governance.关键词
