我国乡村体育赛事发展的历史逻辑、现实困境与行动策略
Historical Logic,Current Dilemmas and Action Strategies of Rural Sports Events Devel-opment in China:Based on Structural Functionalism AGIL Model

Abstract
Relying on the theoretical model of AGIL,the study examines the development history,realistic dilemmas,practical expe-riences and action strategies of rural sports events,the core topic of rural sports development in China's new era,effectively sorting out the structure and functions of each subsystem in the event system.The study concludes that China's village sports events have gone through three historical stages,i.e.,initial exploration of sprouting and adaptation,mechanism optimization of goal achievement and integration,and diversified and integrated development of innovation and maintenance,and have faced difficulties in policy implemen-tation,dilution of sports atmosphere,and failure of resource guarantee mechanism.Based on the practical experience of the Village BA tournament,it find that the multi-dimensional development strategy driven by cultural and sports innovation and economy,industrial integration to stimulate the new kinetic energy of rural revitalization,participation of all people to optimize the tournament resource al-location,and cultural self-confidence and democratic co-governance to enable the tournament to be evergreen are the powerful driving forces to realize rural revitalization.Rural sports events should guarantee the implementation of policies and promote the diversified in-tegration of events,activate the sports atmosphere and strengthen the responsibility of organization and supervision,implement the people-oriented resource synergy under the self-governance management,and carry forward the traditional culture and strengthen the value of the event norms.关键词
