Practical Dilemma and Promotion Strategy of Sports Service Complex from the Perspec-tive of Business Integration
摘要
Abstract
The proposal,construction and development of sports service complex is an important content to promote the transformation and upgrading of sports industry.This paper analyzed the practical dilemma of sports service complex in China from the perspective of the integration of formats by using various research methods such as documentation and logical analysis,and puts forward the promo-tion strategy.Practical dilemma:the resources of business model integration are scarce and the scale effect is difficult to play effective-ly,the system of business integration is not perfect and the efficiency of operation and management is blocked,the planning of busi-ness integration is not reasonable and the sports theme was not highlighted effectively,and the benefits of the integration of formats are unbalanced and the utility of sports services needs to be expanded.Promotion path:it should optimize the allocation of business types and resources and realize the upgrading of industrial structure,summarize typical case experience and improve policies and regula-tions,digital help planning and layout to achieve diversified development of business formats,and it should continue to put people first and improve the efficiency of business integration.关键词
