城市更新背景下老旧社区体育设施建设研究

摘要
Abstract
Using literature and logical analysis,the study explores the value,dilemma and promotion path of building sports facilities in old residential communities in the context of urban renewal.The study concludes that the construction of sports facilities in old resi-dential communities in the context of urban renewal is of great significance in solving the problem of where to go for national fitness and promoting urban renewal.Value:to increase the accessibility of the facilities,to equalize the distribution of public sports venues,to improve the diversity of the facilities,to meet the fitness needs of different groups of people,to expand the functionality of the facili-ties,to enrich the value of community sports activities.Dilemma:The institutional documents for the construction of sports facilities are not yet perfect,the main body of funds for the construction of sports facilities is single,the utilization of land space for the construc-tion of sports facilities is tense,and the coordination of interests in the construction of sports facilities is inefficient.Path:improve sys-tem design,increase supporting support,introduce multiple subjects,expand funding channels,tap space resources,optimize con-struction layout,innovate the whole process system,improve construction efficiency.关键词
