Analysis of electromagnetic vibration and torque ripple of permanent magnet synchronous motors considering current harmonics

Abstract
Aiming to analyze the electromagnetic vibration problem under harmonic current input,an analytical model of the magnetic field under full-frequency harmonic current input is established using a current analytical model and conformal mapping.The space-time characteristics of the air-gap magnetic field,two-dimensional elec-tromagnetic force,and torque are investigated,along with the effect of switching frequency on vibration.First,an analytical model of full-frequency harmonic current is established based on the motor simulation model and meas-ured current.Then,the analytical model of the magnetic field is derived,and the distribution of the air-gap mag-netic field under high-frequency harmonic current input is analyzed.Finally,vibration response simulations and ex-periments of the prototype are performed,and vibration reduction measures are proposed.The results show that the analytical model reveals a comprehensive view of electromagnetic waves,electromagnetic torque,and their sources.High-frequency electromagnetic force comprises three parts.The order of non-zero minimum space remains consist-ent across different working conditions.A vibration avoidance strategy based on electromagnetic force distribution effectively reduces the electromagnetic vibration level.This model provides an effective method for high-frequency vibration reduction.关键词
