计入船舶待闸时间影响的船闸调度优化方法研究
Research on optimization method for ship lock scheduling considering the impact of ship waiting time
摘要
Abstract
In response to the rapid growth in inland waterway shipping volume and to further improve ship lock nav-igation efficiency and service satisfaction,we conducted research on ship lock dispatching optimization.First,a multi-objective dispatch model was designed,considering the ship′s waiting time,lock chamber area utilization,and lock chamber throughput.A ship lock matching function was developed,taking into account the ship′s floor ar-ea and the coupling effect of the ship′s length and width.A ship lock dispatching function based on the residual rectangle algorithm was proposed,which determines constraints related to the ship lock,ship spatial attributes,and behavioral rules.An optimization model for ship lock selection and arrangement was then established.A solution method for the SS&P-T model was proposed using the GA-PSO hybrid optimization algorithm.Finally,simulation analysis was conducted using examples.The results show that the lock chamber area utilization rate increased by 3.28%,while throughput and ship waiting time were reduced by 1.51%and 13.55%,respectively.关键词
