摘要

Abstract

In order to study the anti-cracking performance of X65MS welded pipes in an sour environment containing H2S,the cracking mechanism and its influencing factors under the condition of H2S environment was analyzed.Additionally,the formation mechanism of local hard zone in X65MS was elucidated.Furthermore,issues such as hydrogen induced cracking(HIC)resistance,sulfide stress cracking(SSC)resistance,and corrosion groove characteristics were analyzed and evaluated.The results indicate that X65MS steel pipe without local hard zone exhibits excellent SSC resistance performance.The hardness and depth of the local hard zone significantly influence SSC resistance.As the hardness or depth of the local hard zone increases,the SSC sensitivity of X65MS steel also increases.The formation of local hard areas in X65MS welded pipes is attributed to the thermo-mechanical control process(TMCP),and excessively high hardness can reduce SSC resistance.Current quality control measures within the existing standard system struggle to effectively detect and mitigate issues related to local hard zone.Therefore,it is recommended to incorporate thermal imaging and eddy current non-destructive testing technologies into the steel plate manufacturing process to enhance and refine quality control procedures,thereby providing technical guidance for the engineering application and promotion of high-strength sulfur-resistant pipelines.
