Abstract
During the production of an aircraft hydraulic system 30CrMnSiA high pressure spherical cylinder,the back of the girth weld cannot meet the design requirements,and the fillet weld breaks in advance several times under the condition of not reaching the design pressure.There is an urgent need to optimize and enhance the welding process of the weld.By comparing and optimizing nine distinct welding processes,the optimal process parameters for the fillet weld seam were determined as follows:a welding angle of 35°,a current of 96 A,a voltage of 18.8 V,and a welding speed of 23 mm/s.For the girth weld,the optimal parameters are as follows:the designed tack welding spot L is 20 mm,with the arc initiation occurring at the middle position of the tack welding spot.The welding current is set to 95 A,the shielding gas flow rate is 7 L/min,the welding voltage is 19 V,and the welding speed remains at 23 mm/s.Through visual inspection and analysis of the gas cylinder welds,non-destructive testing,assessment of weld penetration depth,and evaluation of weld reinforcement height,it has been determined that the welds comply with the requirements for Class II welds as specified in HB/Z 5135-2000.Additionally,the mechanical properties,air tightness,hydraulic tests,destructive tests,and other performance metrics of the welds meet the product design specifications.关键词
